Born and raised in Kansas City metro area, Brian Nickel’s career in real estate started off in 2006 where he worked in commercial real estate negotiating land and rooftop leases for major communication companies.  This brought him to Denver in 2009 as a real estate and zoning manager where he managed numerous projects in multiple states, the beauty of the Centennial state captured his heart.

Brian’s passion in residential real estate started at the early age of 23 when he bought his first home and immediately started remodeling it. Since then he has continued to acquire single family homes in multiple states. In 2015 he decided to start helping others with their real estate dreams and goals.

In 2017 he launched his very own brokerage, Vision Equity Group Real Estate, with business partner Jordan Larcade.

Brian’s commitment to ensuring his clients’ understanding in all aspects of the buying and selling process is his utmost priority and it is evident. He is a skilled negotiator, he listens to his clients’ wants & needs, and his work ethic is second to none.

In his free time, Brian enjoys exploring the mountains of Colorado with his wife and two kids, and can be found in the backcountry with his ATV’s or camping in the summer, and tearing up powder on his snowmobile in the winter.
